CONDITION OF REFUND

Customers can initiate a refund through the website. To be eligible for a refund, products must meet the following conditions:

  1. The products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Any signs of use, damage, or alteration will disqualify the product from being eligible for a refund.
  2. Any sealed products must not be opened or tampered with.
  3. While not mandatory, presenting the bill or order confirmation can expedite the refund process and help us verify the order details, including the order ID and purchase date.
  4. Customers must initiate the refund process within 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

RETURN PERIOD

Customers have 15-days from the date of purchase to return the product. If, for any reason, customers are not completely satisfied with their purchase, they can initiate the return process within 30-days.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers can cancel their order at any time before it has been shipped. No charges will be applied for cancellations made before shipment. If your order has already been shipped and you request a cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee covers the costs incurred in processing and preparing your order for shipment. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

REFUND

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 days from the time the request is received. We understand the importance of timely refunds and aim to expedite the process as efficiently as possible. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the product shows signs of use or is missing parts). You will be notified if this applies to your return.

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or replacements due to their nature or specific terms. We encourage all customers to review the product details carefully before placing an order.

EXCHANGE

The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact.For products that arrive sealed, the seal must remain unbroken. Any tampering with the seal or packaging will render the product ineligible for an exchange.

As with refunds, providing the original purchase receipt or order confirmation can expedite the exchange process.

Customers must initiate the exchange process within 2 days from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for an exchange.

If the exchanged product is of the same value as the original product, no additional charges will apply. If the exchanged product is of a higher value than the original product, the customer will be required to pay the difference in price. Conversely, if the exchanged product is of a lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference.

Generally, we allow only one exchange per item. If further exchanges are required, additional shipping fees may apply, and eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

REPLACEMENTS

Replacements are offered for eligible products. We understand that there may be instances where customers receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items. In such cases, customers must provide a valid reason along with proof for requesting a replacement. This helps us assess the situation and ensure that replacements are provided only when necessary and justified. Replacements will be provided only if the conditions for return are met, including the product being unused, in its original condition, and within the specified return period.
